11:00 AM (event will run straight through with a brief intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards).


Adult General Admission $39, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $55 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by Sunday October 7th: Entry $79. After October 7th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. Monday July 23rd is the last day entries will be accepted.

Division Offerings

Open divisions only for: Bikini, Figure, Men’s Physique, Men’s Classic Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique


When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.

Crossovers Policy

Competitors cannot participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique).


The top 5 in each class will receive trophies, all participants will receive custom OCB medals.


Pre-qualifying for this event at an earlier OCB contest is not required for 2018. All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.

Check-Ins/Polygraph Screenings

By appointment Thursday October 25th 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or Friday October 26th 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008. Schedule an appointment. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Please try to schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.


All competitors for every category are to send their routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to mshep2013@gmail.com. Music must not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by 4:00 PM on Wednesday October 24th, house music will be used for them the day of the event. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. For Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music, state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.

Host Hotel

Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008. For reservations call 800-THE-OMNI and reference group code "OCB" for a nightly rate of $159. It's recommended to reserve by 5pm Tuesday September 25th. After then will be based on availability will could be at the prevailing transient rate. Note the hotel has a nightly parking fee also.


A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

Competitor Meeting

There will not be a competitor meeting prior to the event. Full event details are listed on this page, or will be provided by email the Wed or Thur before the show.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
