OCB Yorton Cup Pro World Championships
Pre-qualifying for this event at an earlier OCB Pro contest is not required for 2018. Competitors who have qualified to compete as pros in federations outside of OCB may be eligible for OCB Pro shows if they meet any of the criteria listed on the OCB Pro Guidelines page.

11:00 AM (event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards).
Adult General Admission $39, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $55 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
If entry is received by Sunday October 7th: Entry $175. After October 7th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. Monday October 22nd is the last day entries will be accepted.
Pro Open divisions for: Bikini, Figure, Men’s Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Competitors cannot participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding).
The top 5 in each class will receive trophies and each division's overall winner has their name engraved onto one of the plates on the Yorton Cup. All participants will receive custom OCB Pro medals. Cash prizes: $3,000 1st, $2,000 2nd, $1,000 3rd for every class. Additional $500 for division overall winners in cases where there's more than one class in a division (cash prizes totaled $56,000 at the 2017 show).
All competitors are required to have current OCB Pro memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual pro membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substances Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, the top 3 in each class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
By appointment Thursday October 25th 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or Friday October 26th 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008. Schedule an appointment for Thursday or schedule an appointment for Friday. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment. Please try to schedule your polygraph appointment so it's before your spray tanning appointment if doing both the same day.
All competitors for every category are to send their routine/stage walk music mp3 or m4a file as an email attachment to email@example.com. Music must not to contain any profanity. If music is not received for any competitors by 4:00 PM on Wednesday October 24th, house music will be used for them the day of the event. If needed, mp3 files of songs can be purchased from Amazon.com for around $1, downloaded, and then emailed as a file attachment. All music must be sent as a digital file. Competitors can send complete songs if they wish, the music would just be faded out after the stage walk is finished. For Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique and Women's Physique, when sending music, state whether the music should start after you get set on stage, or before you come out.
Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008. The group rate code will go into effect 6 months prior to the event date. Starting April 27th reservations will be able to be made by calling 800-THE-OMNI. Reference group code "OCB" for a nightly rate of $159. It's recommended to reserve by 5pm Tuesday September 25th. After then will be based on availability will could be at the prevailing transient rate. Note the hotel has a nightly parking fee also.
A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.
There will not be a competitor meeting prior to the event. Full event details are listed on this page, or will be provided by email the Wed or Thur before the show.
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
Stage Photography Coverage
The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.
Video Recording Policy
Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
