This show will have a straight-thru format. Men’s Pre-judging 10:00 a.m., followed by a brief intermission, and then men's finals. Women’s Prejudging 3:00 p.m., followed by a brief intermission, and then women's finals.
Adult General Admission (valid all day) $40. Child (ages 6-16) General Admission (valid all day) $20. Ages 5 & Under Free
Trainer/Assistant ticket: $60 (for those helping a competitor prepare backstage - one trainer max per competitor is permitted. Good all day for general admission and backstage access.
Tickets are non-refundable. Only cash will be accepted day of the event.
Entry Fees & Deadlines
If entry received by May 5th: $75. After May 19th, a $50 late fee will apply. The last day to register is June 19th. Crossover entry into additional classes is $60 per class. Walk-in entries will not be accepted the day of the event. Polygraph Exam $50 (payable to the examiner at the time of scheduling). OCB Membership must be purchased in advance by 6/19/19 at OCBonline.com. A current OCB membership number will be required at registration. All fees non-refundable.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.rn
DEBUT ELGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
Body Transformation Division
2019 OCB Colonial Open Body Transformation Division Guidelines: The Body Transformation Challenge is open to any natural contestant following OCB drug-free criteria according to OCBonline.com. Competitors are not required to enter any other bodybuilding divisions, but are eligible to crossover into other divisions. Contestants will be judged by a panel of 5 certified judges based on their submissions (see below). One male and one female champion will each be awarded $250.00. The winning trainer/coach of each athlete will be presented with a plaque and recognized along with their athlete on OCB social media. If the contestant does not have a trainer/coach, then the athlete will be featured on social media by him/herself. Men’s show begins at 10:00 a.m. and women’s show begins at 3:00 p.m. Deadline to register is 4/1/19. Photo and essay submissions are due by 6/22/19. Failure to follow contest guidelines may result in disqualification. Please see transformation instructions for entry into this contest. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN! Every contestant will receive a t-shirt, goody bag, and special award!
Crossover Entries (entering more than one division)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.
The top 5 in each class will receive awards.
All competitors are required to hold current OCB memberships to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership, please register by a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substances Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis.
Check-In times will be Friday June 28th from 19 AM to 9 PM at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express 720 Lightfoot Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Polygraph screenings will be by appointment Friday June 29th from 9 AM to 9 PM, also at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express 720 Lightfoot Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Polygraph test results are valid for other amateur OCB shows that are held within 6 weeks.
All competitors can supply their own music for their 60-second individual presentation, or can request house music be used instead. Music must be emailed in mp3 format to: email@example.com
Please include your name and song title. sent by 6/19/19 or house music will be played. Music must be in MP3 format and it must NOT contain any profanity. If profane music is submitted, the promoter has the right to disqualify the athlete.

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.
One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. A trainer/assistant ticket must be purchased, which is good for both general admission and back stage access - cost $60. It may be purchased online, at check-in or day of the show.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go no stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Tanning, Hair, & Make-up
Hair, Make-up & Spray tanning services are available from Beauty by Fargo. For details or to schedule appointment, contact Ashley Marie at email@example.com. Athletes must pay in advance in order to book their appointments. Tanning will take place at the host hotel on Friday. Touch-ups on Saturday at the venue.
There will NOT be a competitor meeting on the day of the show. An email will be sent to all competitors during peak week with a roster and specifics regarding the event.
