10:30 AM (event will run straight through with a 30-minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/awards).


Adult General Admission $39, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $55 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by July 23rd: Entry $149. After July 23rd an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. Tuesday August 8, 2017 is the last day entries will be accepted.

For each class: 1st: $1,000, 2nd: $600, 3rd: $400. Trophies for the top 5. Medals for all participants


All competitors are required to hold a current OCB PRO membership to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership please register before August 5th. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.

Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing.

Check-Ins/Polygraph Screenings

By appointment Thursday August 10th 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Friday August 11th 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express, 9101 Basil Ct, Largo, MD. The exact room number will be emailed to competitors the night before testing begins. To schedule an appointment visit: http://www.scheduly.com/pages/c/businessPage.aspx?sID=12339. Note you must select August 10th or 11th on the calendar for it to show times available and that there is a scroll bar on the right to pan down the list to see all appointment times available (some cell phones may not show the scroll bar). The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated.


All competitors can supply their own music for their individual presentation, or can request house music be used instead.

Host Hotel

Holiday Inn Express, 9101 Basil Ct, Largo, MD. For reservations call (800) Holiday and mention group code 'OCB Fitness' for a nightly rate of $124. It's recommended to reserve by July 12th.


A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.

Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.

Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.

Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.
