Tickets

Adult General Admission $39, Under Age 12 General Admission $10, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $55 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted.


Entry Fees & Deadlines

If entry is received by October 8th: Entry $79. Entry fee for each additional class $59. After October 8th an additional late entry fee of $50 applies. Monday October 23, 2017 is the last day entries will be accepted.

Bikini: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Figure: Novice, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open
Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 60+, Age 50+, Age 40+, Open. Men's Classic Physique: Age 40+, Open. Women's Physique: Age 40+, Open.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).


Classes

When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.


Crossover Entries

A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well. Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.


Awards

The top 5 in each class will receive custom awards.


Eligibility

Qualifying for this event at another OCB show is NOT necessary for 2017. All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. If needing to obtain the annual membership please register before October 21st. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.


Banned Substances Screening Methods

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis testing.


Check-Ins/Polygraph Screenings

By appointment Thursday October 26th 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday October 27th 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the host hotel,Holiday Inn Express, 9101 Basil Ct, Largo, MD. Schedule and appointment Thursday 10/26 or schedule an appointment Friday 10/27. The polygraph fee is $50 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within six weeks so will be valid for the OCB show in Pittsburgh, PA on November 4th and the OCB show in Richmond, VA on December 2nd.


Music

All competitors can supply their own music for their individual presentation, or can request house music be used instead.

Holiday Inn Express, 9101 Basil Ct, Largo, MD. For reservations call (800) Holiday and mention group code 'OCB Fitness' for a nightly rate of $124. It's recommended to reserve by September 26th.

Roster/Classes

A roster with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be emailed to competitors the Wednesday or Thursday before the show.


Backstage Policy

One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.


Competitor Prep Area

Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.


Stage Photography Coverage

The photo order form lays out the details for stage photo coverage. Those who preorder have a lot more photos taken of them. To order, competitors should print and hand in a completed form at check-ins/polygraph.


Video Recording Policy

Competitors and friends/family are welcome to bring recording devices.

Additional General Show Information

View additional show details and instructions. The general order of events will be: Pro Group Comparisons, Pro Individual Presentations, Pro Awards, Amateur Group Comparisons, Amateur Individual Presentations, Amateur Awards. The category order for both the pro and amateur will be Men's Bodybuilding, Men's Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Women's Physique, Figure, then Bikini. The exact order of events with assigned competitor numbers and class breakdowns will be supplied the Wednesday before the show. To make planning easier for amateur competitors and their friends and family planning to attend, we will plan on the amateur portion starting at 4pm. If the pros finish earlier than expected, we will still wait until 4pm. So amateurs can plan for a 4pm start time, and can let friends/family know that they won't be going on until 4pm. The expected timeline is: Pro group comparisons 10:30am - 12:30pm, Pro individual presentations/awards 12:30pm-3:30pm, Amateur group comparisons 4pm-6pm, Amateur individual presentations/awards 6pm-9pm.
